The hotel offers breakfast included in the price, which was a nice touch and a convenient option for guests.

The staff was helpful, the hotel was ideally located, do recommend. Everything is immaculate here. Great connection to royal mile, it’s 1 km away. Fantastic value for money for the area.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel which was conveniently located within walking distance of all the places we wanted to explore, including St Giles Cathedral, and the room was clean and tidy.

Had a fantastic Xmas stay at a hotel located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore with just a few steps. The bed was so comfy that we slept in every day. We truly enjoyed the buffet breakfast that offered a wide variety of options to please every palate.

The staff seemed unmotivated and we had issues with the Wi-Fi. We had to pay to upgrade to the premium one and it was still slow.
